The view was so lovely and we enjoyed the comfy kimono gowns provided. There were also bikes for hire which came in handy for exploring the surroundings. the breakfast was really good too, with a great variety of foods and drinks available.

I had a great time at this hotel. The view was astounding, and the lounge area was really comfortable. The hotel facilities were good, they even lend you kimono gowns to wear. I absolutely loved the breakfast, there was so much to choose from, and the tatami room was comfortable.

Nothing was imperfect, had a flawless stay.

The hotel had a decent view and a nice lounge area where I could relax. The arcade was also a fun addition. They had a spa and onsen, which I appreciated. They even provided kimono-type gowns for us to wear. Bikes were available from 9am, which was great for exploring the area.

The breakfast was average and I found a hair in my room's cupboard where my towel was kept. I was also disappointed that despite the hotel's location being advertised as being near the Hakone area, it was in reality too far away.

The hotel has a traditional Japanese-style room that comes with a comfortable futon bed. You can also borrow kimono type gowns and bikes for free. the Onsen is fantastic and there is a lovely view from the lounge area.

The staff's English communication was not great.
